What is Task Management and what is its purpose?
The Task Management module enables users to view, select, and transfer tasks between users or positions. It is designed to facilitate the redistribution of workload by allowing tasks to be reassigned when needed.
What happens after a task is transferred?
After a task is transferred, it appears under the newly assigned user or position. The task retains its process information and details, ensuring continuity and proper tracking in the Task Management system.
How does task transfer from a position work?
For position-based task transfer, the process starts by selecting a position from the Positions Performing the Task
section. Once the desired task is chosen, the target position is selected, and clicking the Transfer button completes the task reassignment.
How does task transfer from a user work?
In the Task Management interface, the user-based task transfer is initiated by selecting a relevant user from the Users Performing the Task
section. After selecting the task from the list, a target user is specified and the Transfer button is clicked to complete the transfer.
